Engineer - Water Installation

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Engineer with expertise in water meter installation to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and possess extensive experience in utility water meter systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and maintain water meters effectively ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Manage and oversee water distribution systems integrating smart metering technologies.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and verification of utility metering systems to ensure compliance with standards.
• Supervise site-based operations with frequent inspections to maintain quality and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Have at least nine years of relevant experience in water meter installation or similar utility projects.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of water distribution networks and non-revenue water management techniques.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory, while Arabic language skills are an advantage.
