Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Track and assess performance indicators, furnishing detailed reports to senior executives that demonstrate progress and outcomes.
• Develop and deliver Lean-focused training programs to cultivate sustainable excellence among staff.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles; candidates with Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experienced in leading change management initiatives and influencing stakeholders effectively.
• Advanced analytical abilities with competency in data analysis and performance measurement tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills aimed at engaging multiple stakeholder groups.
