Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary and accomplished Executive Director to lead the strategic direction, overall performance, and sustainable growth of our organization. This senior leadership role involves crafting long-term business strategies, driving operational excellence, enhancing organizational outcomes, and ensuring adherence to the highest standards of governance and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the organization's long-term strategic vision and business goals.
• Manage enterprise-wide operations to meet financial, operational, and commercial targets.
• Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors on governance, strategy, and major executive decisions.
• Supervise financial planning, budgeting, profitability, and overall organizational performance.

• Define organizational KPIs and oversee performance monitoring across all business units.
• Lead initiatives in digital transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Manage enterprise risk, internal controls, and business continuity plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, partners, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
• Mentor senior leadership and encourage succession planning and leadership development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law, or related field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Extensive knowledge in corporate strategy, executive leadership, business operations, and financial management.
• Proven experience in driving organizational growth, transformation, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Deep understanding of corporate governance, risk management, compliance, and operational excellence.
