  • Deliver monthly performance reports related to finance, human resources, and business services to the Director, G&R, along with continuous advisory support.
  • Lead and mentor a small team responsible for business services, including asset management, information technology, and records management, ensuring daily operations comply with governance standards.
  • Address human resource matters by implementing strategic solutions that promote continuous improvement and support senior leadership in effective service delivery.
  • Fulfill corporate governance obligations in partnership with Queensland Police Service Corporate Services, including risk and performance management and budget preparation.
  • Foster and maintain constructive relationships with internal staff and external stakeholders to support office-wide activities.
  • Champion a workplace culture founded on values of safety, diversity, respect, and inclusion—supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and contributing to improved outcomes for First Nations peoples.
