  • Conduct daily customer walkthroughs, gather feedback, and assign required civil, mechanical, and electrical follow-up work to the team.
  • Offer technical guidance to customers and represent them in technical discussions with third parties and contractors, including opportunities to reduce utility consumption and improve sustainability.
  • Improve and apply policies, procedures, and controls for contract management and administration.
  • Review contract scope changes, renewals, pricing, and negotiations, while coordinating terms and conditions with the Legal department to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
  • Lead and monitor subcontracted works such as fire systems, gas, emergency lighting, vertical transportation, water treatment, and tank cleaning, ensuring subcontractor compliance and approvals from relevant authorities where required.
  • Plan and carry out HSEEQ inspections and audits to meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Review physical and documentation audits on subcontractors, address any unreported variations or poor performance, and protect the company from liability.
  • Conduct audits of staff, customers, and suppliers to collect feedback and measure satisfaction for continuous service improvement.
