Overview

Joining Walmart Canada as a Fashion Associate offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your retail expertise. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, managing fashion merchandise inventory, and maintaining high presentation standards within a safe and clean store environment. You will collaborate with your team to plan daily activities and execute seasonal displays efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, assisting them with product information, locating items, and purchase decisions while addressing any concerns effectively.
• Maintain a secure, clean, and hazard-free work area by following company policies, completing safety checks, and ensuring fixtures and displays remain stable.
• Handle the processing and stocking of all fashion merchandise to ensure product availability.
• Keep the sales floor organized and tidy to enhance customer experience.
• Merchandise items not covered by modular plans appropriately, using correct fixtures and signage in line with merchandising standards.
• Restock and arrange seasonal merchandise promptly and according to plan.

Compensation

The position offers a starting hourly wage of $17.75 CAD.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
