Field Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Field Executive to efficiently manage the transportation of medical implants, surgical tools, and consumables between our office and multiple hospitals. This role demands responsibility in preserving the integrity of medical products, coordinating with healthcare personnel, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport medical implants, surgical instruments, and consumables safely from office to hospitals and vice versa.
• Ensure all medical products remain in original and safe condition during transit.
• Liaise with hospital staff, doctors, operating theater coordinators, and the internal operations team about delivery schedules and collections.
• Maintain detailed records for dispatches, deliveries, acknowledgements, and return shipments.
• Collect necessary documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders from hospital locations.
• Prioritize and fulfill urgent implant delivery requests punctually.
• Support stock movement and inventory transfers as needed.
• Adhere to company policies while safeguarding the confidentiality of sensitive medical and business information.
• Maintain cleanliness and schedule timely maintenance for the assigned vehicle, if applicable.

Additional Details

The role is based in Delhi-NCR and involves onsite responsibilities. The position offers a monthly remuneration between 15,000 and 23,000 INR.
