Role Overview

As a Finance Manager at Shivangi Flowers Private Limited based in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial accounts, ensuring precision and adherence to regulatory standards. This role requires active collaboration with auditors, clients, and banking officials to ensure seamless financial operations and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company financial accounts with strict accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate effectively with auditors for timely financial reporting and audit processes.
• Demonstrate in-depth understanding of stock market dynamics and financial instruments.
• Strategically plan and manage company funds to maximize financial efficiency and performance.
• Establish and sustain financial coordination with clients for transactions and settlements.
• Work closely with banking institutions to facilitate smooth financial operations.
• Ensure adherence to statutory obligations such as Income Tax, GST, and other financial compliances.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates preferably from North Indian regions.
• Prior experience managing finance for companies with turnover exceeding ₹100 Crores.
• Preferred sector experience in the Real Estate industry.
• 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in finance management roles.
• Mandatory Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
• Educational credentials of CA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.
• Expertise in financial planning and compliance management required.
