Finance System Administrator

About the Role

Join the GAC team in Dammam as a Finance System Administrator, playing an essential role in managing and enhancing the company’s finance systems across Saudi Arabia. This position focuses on ensuring efficient system operations, precise master data management, and flawless integration throughout various business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain financial software systems including Dolphin.NET and Eyeshare.
• Manage master data for customers and vendors, including onboarding processes, credit limits, and banking details.
• Supervise system integrations and workflow processes to guarantee consistent and accurate data transmission.
• Administer user access controls, security permissions, approval authority, and delegation configurations.
• Provide initial troubleshooting and support for end-users of finance systems.
• Assist in system upgrades, conduct testing, and help implement new features.
• Deliver user training, maintain technical documentation, and aid in compliance with audit requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related domains.
• Experience with ERP or finance-related systems support, master data governance, and IT assistance in finance environments.
• Proficient understanding of master data management and user access governance.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong command of English communication.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail with effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A mindset geared toward continuous learning and process improvement.
