Role Overview

This role is designed for individuals with exceptional sensibilities in software and AI systems design. You will take full ownership of design initiatives throughout the company, discovering innovative user experience patterns to address problems that are unprecedented in software products. We are advancing the capabilities of large language models (LLMs) and want you to contribute to shaping the future with us.

Potential Projects

Designing UX patterns suitable for both web applications and conversational interfaces (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, etc.)
Creating agentic loops that empower customers to analyze and refine their voice AI agents
Defining and implementing the design language aligned with our product and brand identity

Desired Qualities and Skills

A strong aesthetic sense capable of crafting visually compelling products
Focus on functionality to develop solutions addressing real user problems
An unpretentious approach that avoids assumptions and builds understanding from authentic customer conversations and insights
A high degree of ownership and initiative, executing tasks proactively without needing direction
First-principles thinking to deeply understand and question underlying issues rather than accepting surface explanations
