Job Opportunity

As the Founding Strategic Project Lead, you will take full responsibility for project delivery from start to finish. Your role involves sourcing data through an international contributor network, conducting quality assurance, developing scalable quality control systems, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects meet the labs' requirements. Projects typically span a few weeks to one month, requiring adaptability and quick execution. This position demands strong operational commitment and long work hours, fitting individuals who view this as more than just a job and seek deep involvement in the advancing AI data industry. Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle delivery of data projects, satisfying lab and customer specifications
• Source and oversee data collection via a global contributor network
• Perform quality control tasks and assist in creating scalable quality management systems
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships and coordinate all aspects of delivery
• Exhibit high initiative and operate effectively in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment

Candidate Requirements

• Approximately two or more years of professional experience post-college, though highly driven recent graduates with relevant internship experience in human-data startups are welcome
• Self-motivated with a generalist approach, capable of handling diverse responsibilities
• Comfortable working in a loosely structured, early-stage startup atmosphere
• Prepared to embrace a workload with significant operational demands and extended hours
• Beneficial but not mandatory: experience at a human-data startup, product management background, or entrepreneurial ambitions

Compensation and Location

This full-time role is fully remote within the United States, offering a base salary between $150,000 and $200,000 annually, in addition to equity and profit-sharing opportunities.
