Role Overview

As a Frontend Software Engineer at Pigment, you will join a multidisciplinary product squad dedicated to crafting superior user experiences tailored for enterprise planning. The product lies at the crossroads of intricate datasets, interactive UI elements, and scalable performance, utilized daily by leaders worldwide to guide decisions.

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic engineer combining robust technical expertise with strong product sense, capable of taking ownership from ideation through deployment, and contributing to a solid, scalable, and accessible frontend framework.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain frontend features that prioritize speed, scalability, and ease of use.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to convert product concepts into compelling and effective user interfaces.
Enhance the internal design system and frontend architecture, focusing on state management, caching, and reusable components.
Create sophisticated data visualizations—including dashboards, charts, tables, and maps—that empower data-informed decision-making.
Balance feature delivery with continual technical refinements, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and performant codebases.
Engage actively in code reviews and foster knowledge exchange within the engineering team.

Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 years' experience in frontend development, preferably within a product-centered environment.
Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript with practical experience using React or comparable frameworks.
Collaborative mindset, eager to learn from peers, openly ask questions, and contribute ideas.
Commitment to code quality, scalable architecture, and testing, even at ongoing learning stages.
Fluent proficiency in English.
