Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough wildlife inspections with attention to detail.
• Install durable wildlife exclusion and repair systems on residential and commercial buildings.
• Operate safely on roofs, ladders, crawl spaces, attics, and other challenging work sites.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and custom metal fabrication techniques.
• Provide excellent customer education and service.
• Master advanced exclusion methods beyond standard pest control practices.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses hands-on experience in construction, pest control, roofing, carpentry, remodeling, or similar trades.
• Comfortable working in elevated and confined spaces.
• Values meticulous workmanship with a commitment to neat, professional repairs.
• Approaches work with a problem-solving mindset rather than temporary fixes.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic paired with a positive attitude.
