About the Role

Romph & Pou Agency seeks a skilled Graphic Designer with a solid foundation in visual design fundamentals and a keen enthusiasm for crafting outstanding printed materials. This position emphasizes a designer's mastery over typography, composition, color theory, and meticulous attention to detail beyond mere software skills.

While your primary concentration will involve print media, you will also actively participate in creating digital marketing and social media graphics to maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create top-tier print materials such as signage, point-of-sale collateral, advertisements, and promotional pieces.
• Employ strong principles of typography, layout, color harmony, and visual hierarchy in every project.
• Produce production-ready artwork and manage associated production duties.
• Uphold and enhance brand standards across both print and digital formats.
• Design digital visual content for websites, email campaigns, online ads, and social channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to transform creative concepts into finalized executions.
• Handle multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines within a dynamic work atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or an equivalent blend of professional experience.
• Outstanding abilities in typography, layout structuring, composition, and color application.
• Broad experience in print design and preparing files suitable for production processes.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud suite, notably InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Capable of generating graphics tailored for social media and digital marketing efforts.
• Deep comprehension of branding concepts and visual identity frameworks.
• Great attention to detail paired with strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills with a collaborative and receptive mindset toward feedback.
