What you'll do

• Use structured thinking and deep analytical rigour to break down complex business issues.
• Prepare clear recommendations and executive-ready insights for senior leaders and board stakeholders.
• Help shape the organisation’s long-term strategy and overall business planning.
• Partner with leaders across different business areas to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Coach and develop junior colleagues while helping strengthen a high-performing strategy team.

Experience required

• Between 5 and 8 years of experience with McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
• Strong ability to solve problems analytically and build hypotheses.
• Proven experience running workstreams and managing teams in demanding strategic engagements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Hands-on experience creating executive presentations and recommendations.
• Interest in shifting from advisory work into a role that influences both strategy creation and execution.
