Key Responsibilities

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of both regular and promotional food and beverage menus and effectively communicate and recommend selections to guests.
• Deliver a welcoming atmosphere with genuine hospitality and a friendly smile.
• Build rapport with guests to enrich their dining experience while consistently following the established service standards.
• Serve alcohol responsibly according to regulations.
• Strictly comply with food safety and handling protocols and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a server is advantageous.
• Must hold a Provincial Responsible Alcohol Service certification.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and collaboratively to contribute to an outstanding guest experience.
• Maintain an energetic, positive, and confident approach with eagerness to learn.
• Adapt and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules.
• Smart Serve certification is required.
