Role Overview
We seek part-time Guest Services Agents to join our front office, providing warm and attentive service to our guests. This position represents the initial point of contact and is crucial for establishing positive guest impressions.
- Greet guests courteously and professionally, ensuring they feel valued from arrival.
- Efficiently process check-ins and check-outs in accordance with hotel policies.
- Assist guests with inquiries about hotel amenities, room details, local area guidance, and general needs.
- Deliver customized guest experiences by identifying and responding proactively to guest preferences.
- Address guest concerns empathetically and swiftly, ensuring appropriate resolution and follow-up.
- Promote room upgrades and additional services confidently and naturally.
- Collaborate effectively with Housekeeping, Reservations, Concierge, and other relevant departments to relay guest requests accurately.
- Maintain precise guest records, payments, and booking information within hotel management systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in hotel front desk, guest services, reservations, or customer-facing hospitality roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, assured manner enabling effective connections with diverse guests.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities for accurate task completion.
- Ability to remain composed, efficient, and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English language skills both in understanding and verbal communication.
- Professional personal appearance and grooming suited to a luxury hotel setting.
- Willingness to work flexible rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is advantageous; however, training is available.
