About the Company

Bakeyy is an expanding e-commerce and wholesale platform specializing in baking supplies, ingredients, bakery packaging, and gifting products distributed throughout India. The company is seeking a motivated and outcome-focused HR Recruiter to strengthen its workforce as it enters new growth phases.

Role Overview

The HR Recruiter will oversee the entire staffing lifecycle including sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and facilitating smooth onboarding. Success in this role requires a proactive, well-organized individual confident in engaging candidates for a range of roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department leaders to clearly understand hiring needs.
• Develop and post job advertisements across various recruitment channels such as social media and job boards.
• Identify and attract suitable candidates through portals, networks, referrals, and direct outreach methods.
• Conduct resume screenings and initial interviews via phone or video calls.
• Assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit for roles.
• Arrange interviews with hiring managers and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout recruitment.
• Manage offer processes including negotiation and documentation formalities.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for existing and future openings.
• Keep precise and updated recruitment records and trackers.
• Work diligently to close open positions promptly across various departments including operations, sales, customer support, marketing, warehouse, and design.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in candidate sourcing and resume evaluation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Experienced with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Strong coordination and follow-up capabilities.
• Skilled in negotiation and interpersonal communication.
• Capable of managing multiple openings efficiently.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented and driven, thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Previous recruitment or HR experience favored; however, energetic freshers with solid communication and sourcing abilities are welcome.
• Experience in hiring for e-commerce, retail, warehouse, sales, or customer service roles is advantageous.
