Job Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for both corporate and onsite positions, collaborating with department leaders to determine manpower needs.
- Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, and campus drives.
- Conduct interviews, negotiate salaries, and facilitate onboarding procedures.
- Manage all HR operations including hiring, probation, transfers, promotions, and exits, along with maintaining comprehensive employee records and documentation.
- Prepare official HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmation notices, promotion letters, warning letters, and exit formalities.
- Administer attendance tracking, leave management, overtime recording, and payroll processing in coordination with the finance department.
- Handle employee benefits, reimbursements, and statutory deductions efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws including PF, ESI, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus Acts, and other relevant state regulations.
- Maintain statutory registers and assist during labor inspections and audits.
- Liaise with labor contractors to uphold statutory compliance.
- Provide HR support across multiple excavation and project sites, including coordinating manpower mobilization and demobilization.
- Monitor labor attendance, accommodation, welfare, and legal compliance at project locations.
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems, manage probation evaluations, confirmations, and assist managers in goal setting and employee development.
- Address employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, foster employee engagement, and cultivate a positive work environment.
- Identify training requirements, coordinate both technical and behavioral training sessions, conduct employee inductions, and maintain training documentation.
- Formulate, enforce, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across all sites and recommending system improvements where necessary.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are welcomed from candidates holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Human Resources or a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Human Resource Management and Development.
