About the Role
We are offering a temporary 6-month contract position for a motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join a proactive team located in Shannon, County Clare. This role requires full on-site presence and involves managing the recruitment lifecycle along with supporting and improving HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including vacancy advertising and onboarding new hires.
- Conduct CV screening and assess applications to match job criteria.
- Organize interviews by coordinating schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers, providing timely updates throughout recruitment.
- Ensure candidates receive clear communication and a positive experience during recruitment.
- Prepare employment contracts and necessary documentation for onboarding.
- Assist in reviewing, developing, and applying HR policies and procedures.
- Keep accurate and confidential employee records and HR documents.
- Offer daily HR administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or a similar role with recruitment coordination responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail with the capacity to manage sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with HRIS platforms is advantageous.
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources or Business studies is preferred.
