About the Role

This role, based in Canada, offers a chance to lead transformative technology implementations that modernize organizational learning solutions. You will oversee complex client projects from initial planning through deployment, ensuring deliverables meet scope, budget, and schedules. This position blends project leadership, technical consulting, and client collaboration to deploy scalable digital platforms and integrations that enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple concurrent implementation projects across all phases including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Engage closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate those into actionable plans, and champion solution adoption.
Evaluate client technical preparedness and assist with software configuration, system integrations, authentication, and deployment operations.
Design, configure, test, and deliver integration solutions linking enterprise systems with digital platforms.
Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and change requests effectively throughout each project.
Conduct project status meetings, provide comprehensive updates, and maintain transparent communication with clients and internal teams.
Create detailed project documentation, implementation plans, and reporting tools aligned with delivery standards.
Identify potential risks, assess their impact, and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
Foster strong stakeholder relationships through expectation management and customer-focused communication.
Collaborate with project teams to capture lessons learned, drive process improvements, and enhance continuous delivery.
Utilize AI-driven project management and automation tools to improve planning accuracy, identify trends, simplify documentation, and support data-backed decision-making.
Investigate innovative methods to boost productivity and refine implementation procedures.

Candidate Requirements

A minimum of 3 years experience in project management, implementation consulting, or professional services delivery involving software or web-based solutions.
Proven track record managing customer-facing technology implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
Strong familiarity with project management methodologies, lifecycle phases, and best practices.
Sound understanding of IT concepts including system development lifecycles, integrations, and implementation strategies.
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous organization and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated and able to independently or collaboratively work within virtual, cross-functional teams.
Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to optimize workflows, decision-making, reporting, and project insights.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Applied Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Project management certifications such as PMP or CAPM are advantageous.
