Role Overview

This full-time position involves managing the lifecycle of human-annotated datasets crucial for AI training and evaluation. The Information Manager will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality while facilitating collaboration across teams to meet data requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and updating of datasets annotated by humans for AI model training and validation.
• Conduct thorough reviews and validations of data labels to maintain uniformity and high standards of quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to recognize data needs and resolve any labeling discrepancies that arise.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering data collection methods, annotation guidelines, and quality assurance protocols.
• Evaluate the performance of data pipelines regularly and introduce enhancements to boost operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in data annotation, validation, or quality assurance is essential.
• Proficiency with data labeling software such as Label Studio or Prodigy is preferred.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, or data management systems is necessary.
• Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to adhere to structured guidelines for data processing.
• Excellent written communication skills for documenting procedures and protocols.
