Instructional Designer

Job Overview and Locations

This role is based in multiple Indian cities including New Delhi, Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, and Hyderabad. The position involves designing and developing instructional content tailored to application-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop course structures, design storyboards, and create supporting materials such as work instructions and quick reference guides.
• Select appropriate instructional strategies to achieve defined learning objectives efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts to gather essential content and insights.
• Record and edit simulation videos to enhance learning experiences.
• Manage instructional design projects, overseeing timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and quality control.
• Engage directly with clients for requirement gathering and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong grasp of instructional design theories and models including ADDIE, ARCS, and Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Proficiency with leading authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Whatfix, WalkMe, and SAP EnableNow.
• Experience creating application-driven learning content.
• Excellent technical communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask effectively within team environments and independently initiate tasks.
• Strong teamwork ethos and self-motivated attitude toward technology use.
