Interior Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a competent Interior Designer to handle design development, technical drawing creation, presentations, and thorough project documentation. This permanent full-time position in Mumbai requires expertise in executing designs, preparing BOQs, and coordinating with various services.

Working Schedule

Workdays are Monday through Saturday, from 10 AM to 7 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce both conceptual and detailed interior design drawings utilizing tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Generate precise layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery detail drawings.
• Create professional client presentations and design decks via PowerPoint.
• Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities and selection of materials specifications.
• Integrate MEP and other service drawings with the design plans.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, schedules, and various reports in Excel and Word.
• Facilitate coordination between internal teams, external consultants, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and deadlines for all design outputs.

Required Skills & Software

• Proficient user of SketchUp, Vray, and Lumion for design visualization.
• Strong AutoCAD drafting capability.
• Competent in MS PowerPoint to craft presentations.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Word for documentation tasks.
• Understanding of materials, surface finishes, and construction detailing.
• Knowledge of building services and their coordination within projects.
