Minimum Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience involved in problem analysis, user support, system implementation coordination, and training users on applications within agency or statewide mainframe or client-server systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or related fields including coursework on automated information systems may substitute for the experience requirement.
  • An Associate’s degree in above fields plus six months of relevant experience can also fulfill the experience criteria.
  • Military service as a commissioned officer in Cyber and Information Systems fields, on a year-for-year basis, may count toward experience requirements.
