About the Role

As part of the Corporate Services team, you will contribute your expertise across HR Advisory, Communications, Supply Chain, Finance, and more, in the Calgary, Alberta office.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete delivery lifecycle of technology projects, transforming business goals into successful executions and release milestones.
- Coordinate multiple teams including cross-functional staff, vendors, and partners to realize technology solutions through design, development, testing, deployment, and operational transition.
- Manage project governance by overseeing scope definition, risk management, change controls, stakeholder engagement, and status communications.
- Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks that cover functional, integration, regression, user acceptance, performance, and security testing aligned with enterprise expectations.
- Promote and lead testing automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) quality processes incorporating shift-left testing methodologies, automation, quality gates, and ongoing improvement.
- Ensure seamless release deliveries and operational readiness through detailed release planning, coordination of deployments, production validation, knowledge transfer, handoff to Operations, and post-release analysis.
Qualifications and Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Between 5 to 8+ years of advancing IT solution deliveries including applications, data platforms, and integration projects.
- 3 to 5+ years specialized in Software or Systems Quality Assurance encompassing test strategy development, test management, and test automation.
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with proficiency in agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, plus change and release management practices.
- Hands-on experience with QA methodologies including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing alongside test automation, shift-left concepts, and establishing CI/CD quality gates.
