IT Support Executive

Overview and Responsibilities

This role requires an adaptable individual ready to engage with various facets of IT and operational functions. Reporting directly to the IT Infrastructure Manager, the incumbent must be self-driven, prioritize tasks efficiently, and provide accountability to supervisors.

• Deliver comprehensive helpdesk and direct user support for management and staff.
• Offer IT assistance encompassing infrastructure, networking, ERP, POS, CRM, and eCommerce systems.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees.
• Collaborate with project teams in testing procedures and documentation efforts.
• Manage installation, configuration, testing, training, and ongoing support of deployed software solutions.
• Create thorough documentation including manuals, technical reports, knowledge base entries, and troubleshooting guides.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• At least one year of experience providing Level 1 or Level 2 IT support.
• Familiarity with scripting, store launch protocols, POS systems, and ERP projects is a strong advantage.
• Experience using ITIL framework, JIRA, Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 suite, and Teams is beneficial.
• Excellent team collaboration abilities paired with strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking colleagues and prepare documentation.
