Role Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain Java applications leveraging Spring Boot and a Microservices framework.
• Construct, utilize, and integrate RESTful APIs with external third-party platforms.
• Write and refine SQL queries to enhance database efficiency.
• Engineer scalable, secure, and resilient microservice components.
• Deploy and oversee applications hosted on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Work collaboratively with frontend developers, quality assurance teams, DevOps, and business units.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, improving application performance.
• Produce clean, documented, and maintainable code.
• Engage in code reviews and adhere to established software engineering best practices.
• Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines with automated deployment mechanisms.

Required Expertise

• Robust experience with Java versions 8, 11, and 17.
• Proven skills in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Profound understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP communication protocols.
• Proficiency with SQL-based databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, ECS, and Lambda.
• Experience using Git version control and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Knowledge of ORM frameworks such as Hibernate and JPA.
• Understanding of Docker and container deployment practices.
