Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior creatives in ideation and concept development on diverse briefs, gradually taking on more responsibility as you gain experience and confidence.
• Create written content for various media platforms including scripts, digital channels, social media, and other formats.
• Participate in client meetings and support presentation delivery, cultivating client relationships with supervision from senior team members.
• Explore and apply generative AI tools to enhance the creative process.
• Understand and align work with strategic briefs to ensure relevance and impact.
• Organize and manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently with input from senior colleagues.
• Engage in production and post-production activities to expand technical knowledge across all stages of content creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet high-quality standards and timely delivery.
• Enhance presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas internally and externally.
• Participate openly in constructive feedback processes, showing respect and receptiveness.
• Maintain a positive and resilient mindset, adapting well to the dynamic agency environment.
• Work cooperatively with team members locally and remotely, including partners in Dublin, Ireland, and international collaborators.

Qualifications and Skills
