The team is looking for a committed Laundry Attendant to support the Housekeeping department in a full-time fixed-term position running until April 2027. This role is central to maintaining the high standards expected across linen, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry services.

Responsibilities

• Use laundry machines and pressing equipment safely and effectively.
• Handle the full laundering process for linen, towels, uniforms, and guest items, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, ironing, and distribution.
• Check items for stains, wear, or damage and pass issues on to the Laundry Supervisor.
• Make sure all laundry work follows the resort’s procedures and quality standards.
• Help move clean linen and uniforms to the relevant areas across the property.
• Keep track of stock levels and flag shortages when needed.
• Keep the laundry area tidy, organised, and safe at all times.
• Follow hygiene, infection prevention, and health and safety rules consistently.
• Raise maintenance concerns and equipment problems without delay.
• Respond to guest laundry requests in a courteous and efficient manner.

Additional Information

This is a full-time fixed-term contract ending in April 2027. The role is based onsite in Adare, County Limerick, Ireland.
