Lead Frontend Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to spearhead the design and development of frontend experiences across our digital platforms, websites, and internal tools. This position offers a balanced focus between advanced frontend engineering and creative UI/UX design, allowing you to influence how users interact with and perceive our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable user interfaces, reusable component libraries, and maintainable frontend frameworks.
• Enhance user experiences by shaping flows, interactions, and interface behavior to strengthen the brand identity.
• Implement integration between backend APIs and frontend features, taking ownership of the UI from development through continuous deployment.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, creative teams, and engineers to align technical solutions with user needs and business goals.

Required Expertise

• Proven mastery in building production-ready applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Advanced skills in responsive design, accessibility standards, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Extensive experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs, version control systems like Git, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
• Desirable but not mandatory skills include WordPress experience, familiarity with Figma or design systems, animation/motion techniques, and knowledge of SEO best practices.
