Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage marketing analytics workflows, including reporting structures, dashboards, and ensuring the integrity of data.
- Track essential marketing and commercial metrics to detect trends, risks, and areas for expansion.
- Perform thorough root cause analyses and deliver actionable, data-supported recommendations to boost marketing initiatives.
- Design, prioritize, and analyze A/B testing and various marketing experiments targeting customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Build, maintain, and refine predictive analytics models focusing on attribution, forecasting, segmentation, and budget distribution.
- Seek and implement opportunities for automating analytical processes and fostering continuous improvements.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Academic credentials in quantitative fields such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science.
- Expertise in SQL for effective data retrieval, analysis, and reporting tasks.
- Advanced capabilities in Google Sheets, including usage of pivot tables and complex data operations.
- A solid grasp of statistics, experimental frameworks, and A/B test methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics and predictive data modeling.
- Exceptional analytical reasoning and problem-solving aptitude with a focus on business impact.
- Proficient in English at a minimum B2 level.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Familiarity with Python or R for statistical computations and data modeling.
- Experience developing automated reporting systems and workflow analytics.
- Understanding of marketing experimentation structures and evaluating campaign incrementality.
