GovTech partners closely with the Judiciary on the Future Courts Management System (fCMS) — a flagship digital transformation programme reimagining Singapore's justice delivery system. This role offers a unique chance to influence crucial court systems,-making them user-friendly, adaptable to legislation, and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive product strategy and roadmaps for the fCMS aligned with Judiciary priorities, user needs, and legislative updates.
• Collaborate within a product trio involving Engineering and Design leads to discover and prioritize solutions that are valuable, feasible, secure, and scalable.
• Engage extensively with diverse stakeholders including judges, lawyers, court administrators, partner agencies, and the public to identify impactful product opportunities.
• Implement incremental delivery practices to reduce risk, facilitate learning from actual usage, and avoid large-scale replacements.
• Ensure the platform supports evolving court processes, legislative policies, integrations, data requirements, and long-term resilience.
• Communicate product vision clearly, influence stakeholders through data-backed evidence, and mentor other Product Managers as appropriate.

Qualifications and Ideal Candidate Profile

• Ability to clarify complex operational, legal, and policy challenges into actionable product opportunities.
• Strategic and systemic thinking to understand interconnected court processes, legislation, technology, and organizational changes.
• Skill in balancing user value, operational needs, security, compliance, technical sustainability, and delivery risks.
• Effective leadership by influence, engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Comfort with modern agile digital delivery methods, multidisciplinary teams, cloud platforms, API integrations, enterprise systems, product analytics, and security best practices.
• Experience leading complex digital products or large-scale transformation programs is important; experience in government, justice, or regulated sectors is beneficial but not required.
