Job Description

• Assist in designing interactive learning experiences that improve knowledge retention and application.
• Convert training materials into e-learning formats like PDF and SCORM, utilizing digital tools such as Articulate Rise (training will be provided).
• Facilitate and support translation of e-learning content for various local offices using Smartcat (training provided).
• Transform written content into appealing visual formats including graphics and infographics to engage learners more effectively.
• Conduct editorial reviews and technical accuracy checks of graphic designs prior to publication.
• Manage and update Learning Management System (LMS) course materials, along with maintaining enrollment and attendance records to ensure precise tracking of learning hours across employees.
• Assess the success of training and e-learning courses through analysis of metrics like assessment scores, participation rates, and post-course feedback.
• Prepare regular reports to monitor e-learning completion rates and overall effectiveness.
• Oversee daily administration and operations of the Learning Portal.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Preference for full-time interns available for 3 to 6 months, though part-time applicants committing to at least 3 working days weekly are welcome.
• Capability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to a fast-changing work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Additional experience in copywriting, Adobe Illustrator, and storyboarding is advantageous.
