Join SUEZ as a Loader in Maidstone, contributing to environmental sustainability by assisting in waste and recycling management. This full-time role involves supporting team efforts to reduce waste impact and promote resource conservation.

Role Details

• Location: Ashford
• Salary: 28844.33 per annum
• Working hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
• Full personal protective equipment (PPE) provided
• Physical demand: walking approximately 6 to 10 miles daily

Responsibilities

• Load waste and recycling vehicles collecting municipal materials from households
• Maintain high standards of customer service and comply with all health and safety regulations and contractual duties
• Contribute effectively as a team member in ensuring collection operations run smoothly

Candidate Requirements

• Physical fitness and a strong team ethic
• Reliability and good communication abilities
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Experience in waste industry or with waste vehicles is advantageous but not mandatory; training provided if needed
