Role overview
Enterprise Mobility is looking to bring in management trainees right away for its structured Management Training Program. This is a career-launching role with a clear development path and strong internal promotion opportunities. The position is based in Barrie and nearby areas, with the main branch located at 305 Innisfil St., Barrie, ON L4N 3G2.

From day one, you begin learning the business with the goal of eventually running a branch, winning new business, and guiding a team.

Responsibilities
- Learn the business from the start while working from a neighborhood branch.
- Represent the company to customers and partners as well as handle branch operations behind the scenes.

Benefits and compensation
The role offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $55,600. The benefits package also includes paid time off starting at 12 days per year, health, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and car purchases, plus a retirement savings plan with company match and profit sharing.
Qualifications
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and hold a four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university or an international equivalent recognized by WES and/or IRCC. Preferred backgrounds include BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or a related field. Candidates need at least 6 months of cumulative experience or involvement in sales and customer service (such as commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality) or leadership activities (such as military service, athletics/team activities, or clubs/organizations). A valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license is required, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years. Applicants must also have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions within the last 5 years and must be authorized to work in Canada without current or future sponsorship. The role is generally not considered an eligible NOC for gaining permanent residency in Canada.
