Success hinges on meticulous planning, robust leadership, Lean Manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement.
As the Manufacturing Operations Manager, reporting to the General Manager, you will lead our manufacturing operations through our growth phase. - Manage production planning and scheduling effectively.

Who This Role Isn't For
- Candidates primarily experienced in high-volume or repetitive manufacturing.

- Individuals resistant to change or maintaining existing processes without improvement.
- Applicants residing outside New Zealand or needing visa sponsorship.
