Marketing Manager

Position Overview

Shrewsbury International School India, located in Bhopal, seeks a Marketing Manager to own internal event management, daily marketing operations, and social media coordination. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is pivotal in ensuring smooth execution of school events, campaign support, and content creation within the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and implement internal school events, coordinating efficiently with various departments and stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day marketing operations to maintain organized and efficient workflows.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate social media content activities to bolster engagement.
• Contribute original and professional content writing for diverse marketing materials without reliance on AI-generated content.
• Support basic graphic design and video editing tasks as needed.
• Offer flexible assistance across marketing campaigns, stepping in to fill essential roles when required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4 to 5 years of marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related fields is mandatory.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Desirable certifications include Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing qualifications.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong capability in independent, original content writing.
• Basic knowledge of marketing operations, campaigns, and social media.
• Familiarity with design and video editing software is advantageous.
• Analytical mindset with prompt and adept task handling.
• Flexible and approachable attitude, embracing continuous learning.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

• Occasional evening and weekend work required to support school events and admissions activities.
