Role Overview

We are excited to offer a casual position for a Matchday/Event Security Guard who will play an important role in supporting the Club's growth and ensuring a premium experience for players, staff, and fans alike.

Candidate Profile

We seek individuals passionate about football and eager for their next challenge within the sport. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in law enforcement, military, or the security sector and demonstrate strong communication skills. Flexibility is required, including availability for evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional approach to safeguarding critical stadium areas at Turf Moor and the Burnley FC Training Ground.
• Monitor and control access points, managing the flow of authorized personnel into sensitive zones.
• Enforce relevant rules and regulations firmly and fairly at entry points.
