Membership Manager

About the Role

Join the Membership team at a leading financial and investment media platform in Asia, focusing on capital markets, investments, and private wealth. This platform serves users including financial professionals, investment experts, business leaders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals across Asia-Pacific, with major events held in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth and provide support for membership activities on the platform.
• Manage daily membership operations, including promoting services via design, banners, LinkedIn, emails, and EDM campaigns.
• Oversee CRM systems, handle acquisition processes, and maintain comprehensive user, member, client, and database management.
• If experienced in events, provide support for event execution and management.
• Assist with managing website content if web content management experience is held.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous membership-related experience preferred, particularly within financial, investment, or business sectors.
• Knowledge of the financial industry segments such as Wealth Management, Private Banking, Family Office, Private Equity, M&A, Investment Banking, Hedge Funds, Boutique Funds, Brokerages, and Stock Exchanges is advantageous.
• Strong familiarity with markets and industry in Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and the broader Asian region.
• Proven ability to work independently with hands-on execution skills, demonstrating patience and self-drive.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in membership roles is preferred.
• Availability to start work with one month’s notice or less.
