About the Company and Role Location

We are a Saudi-based company specializing in premium snacks and branded fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), collaborating with leading retail chains and Modern Trade clients across Saudi Arabia.

Positions are open in Jeddah and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for skilled Merchandisers who will strengthen our team by ensuring excellent in-store brand execution, maximizing product visibility, and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily visits to assigned branches according to a structured route plan.
• Maintain consistent product availability while minimizing stockouts.
• Implement approved merchandising layouts and standardized product display practices.
• Set up promotional campaigns and in-store marketing materials effectively.
• Track pricing, shelf presence, and competitor activities regularly.
• Ensure high-quality shelf presentation, proper stock rotation, and product freshness monitoring.
• Liaise daily with the sales team to guarantee efficient in-store execution.
• Provide daily field activity reports along with photographic documentation of the stores visited.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess at least two years of experience as a Merchandiser within the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record working with Modern Trade clients in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with premium snacks and branded FMCG products is an advantage.
• Deep understanding of execution standards required by large retail chains.
• Hold a valid Saudi Arabian driving license.
