Merchandiser

Job Summary

We are seeking a Merchandiser located in Athens, GA, responsible for supporting merchandising efforts for popular Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, and Bai at retail outlets within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and arrange company products on retail shelves and coolers at assigned large accounts within the territory.
• Report directly to scheduled stores for shifts and cover routes as necessary.
• Use a personal vehicle for store travel; product delivery to stores is handled separately and in advance.
• Utilize a company-provided phone with a dedicated app to check in/out for work and record travel mileage for reimbursement.

Work Schedule

• Full-time hours, starting at 6:00 am until tasks are complete.
• Five scheduled shifts weekly, with Wednesdays and Saturdays off.
• Weekend work is required, with days off during weekdays.
• Schedule flexibility is needed to accommodate workload.

They are comfortable working independently yet enjoy engaging with others throughout the workday. Physical activity, including frequent lifting and moving of cases, is a core part of the role. Attention to detail and pride in quality work are essential traits.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay at $20.55 per hour.

• Reimbursement for mileage averaging over 80 miles per week.

Prerequisites

• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds and push or pull weights up to 100 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and proof of vehicle insurance.
