Methods Analyst / Program Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing processes by designing intricate sequences for converting raw inputs into final products under general guidance.
• Interpret engineering prints and specifications to identify the most efficient and cost-effective manufacturing methods, including process planning, tooling, instructions, and methods.
• Determine appropriate machinery, routings, operations stages, new tools, and coordinate the purchase or design of additional tooling as necessary.
• Assist in generating preliminary cost estimates to evaluate product feasibility and help set pricing.
• Develop and validate complex numerical control programs to facilitate machining operations prior to shop floor release.
• Collaborate with planning and programming teams to resolve challenges and provide guidance for product manufacturability, process improvements, or new developments.
• Utilize manufacturing-related software such as SAP, MATRIX, Factory Planner, Solidworks, AutoCAD, ESPRIT, and UniGraphics to enhance production efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in methods analysis and numerical control programming.
