About the Role
Smarts is seeking a skilled Midweight Designer to be part of their award-winning creative team located at their Belfast office. This opportunity is ideal for a graphic designer with a strong affinity for social media content, outstanding typography and layout skills, and a compelling portfolio demonstrating these talents.
Key Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create dynamic visuals and motion graphics for social media, ranging from static images to animated Reels.
- Apply brand guidelines and visual identity creatively across various formats.
- Utilize tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and CapCut effectively.
- Transform briefs quickly into innovative and impactful creative ideas.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 4 years' professional graphic design experience.
- A well-curated portfolio showcasing strong social media content design and solid foundational design skills.
- Expertise in platform-specific best practices and factors that increase visual engagement.
- Demonstrated versatility across social carousels, presentations, and print materials.
- A passionate interest in creator and brand-driven content, alongside an awareness of social media trends.
