Role Overview

We are seeking a Motion Graphic Designer based in Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli) who will work from office. This role involves creating innovative visual assets for video and motion projects, requiring strong expertise in graphic design and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Develop Style Frames that define the visual direction of projects prior to production commencement.
• Demonstrate proficient use of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for design asset creation.
• Understand the basics of Adobe After Effects, particularly in preparing files for animation workflows.
• Manage multiple assignments effectively, ensuring adherence to varying deadlines.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders.
• Collaborate independently while incorporating creative input from motion designers.
• Employ 3D design and modeling tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, and Adobe Stager.
• Utilize real-time rendering environments including Unreal Engine when necessary.
• Leverage AI-based design tools for concept generation and rapid prototype development.
• Conceptually bridge 2D graphic assets into 3D space applications.
• Address file optimization and streamline workflows through creative problem-solving.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in graphic or visual design.
• At least 2 years of professional experience designing assets meant for videos or motion design teams.
