Organizational Development Manager

About the Role

Located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, this position seeks a seasoned Organizational Development Manager to join and enhance our Human Resources team. The role centers on spearheading strategic initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and foster business expansion within a vibrant retail environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead organizational design efforts to optimize structures and processes.
• Manage performance systems to align employee goals with business objectives.
• Develop and implement KPI frameworks to track and boost performance.
• Plan and execute succession strategies to ensure leadership continuity.
• Conduct workforce planning to meet current and future organizational needs.
• Create and maintain competency frameworks to enhance talent capabilities.
• Oversee job evaluation and grading to ensure fair and equitable compensation structures.
• Facilitate comprehensive talent development programs.
• Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Organizational Development or HR Strategy roles.
• Proficient expertise in organization design, performance management, and competency frameworks.
• Prior experience within retail, fast-moving consumer goods, luxury retail, or manufacturing sectors is preferable.
• Demonstrated strong analytical thinking, leadership qualities, and proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is essential.
