EatNack is a rapidly expanding food/snack brand based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, that prioritizes quality, hygiene, and timely delivery. The company is currently growing its operations team and seeks a meticulous individual to manage packaging and inventory duties.

Primary Duties

• Perform food packaging and labeling according to company standards and hygiene protocols.
• Ensure proper labeling including batch numbers, manufacturing and expiry dates, and MRP.
• Verify packaging quality, seal integrity, and weight accuracy before shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packaging area as per FSSAI regulations.
• Assist with stock recording of raw materials and finished goods using ERP systems, Excel, or sheets.
• Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and liaise with the purchasing department.
• Carry out periodic physical stock audits daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Reduce wastage, damage, and expiry by applying FIFO and FEFO methods.
• Keep precise records of goods received, dispatched, and returned.
• Prepare pick lists and communicate with the delivery and logistics teams.
• Ensure correct storage conditions including temperature control, stacking, and pest management in warehouses.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment.

Candidate Profile

• Education: 10th/12th pass or graduate; diploma in supply chain management is advantageous but not essential.
• Work Experience: 0-2 years in packaging, warehousing, or inventory management roles.
• Fresh candidates with a positive attitude are welcome.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
• Physically capable of lifting 10-15 kg and standing for extended durations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
• Language: Hindi and basic English communication skills.
