Position Overview

This role is focused on delivering outstanding customer service and supporting salesfloor activities to create a welcoming atmosphere that fosters customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a friendly and approachable representative, engaging warmly with every visitor to embody the company’s values.
• Support various customer experience functions such as cashiering, self-checkout assistance, stocking, and salesfloor operations.

Qualifications

• Possess a positive mindset coupled with eagerness to learn and develop.
• Basic numerical skills adequate for common tasks.
• Willingness to assist in resolving customer issues efficiently.
• Must be at least 16 years old to be eligible.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting wage for this position is $18.25 per hour. Part-time and flexible scheduling options are available, with access to benefits for qualifying employees.
