About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator on a contract basis located in Denver, Colorado. This role is responsible for supporting everyday people operations tasks and acting as a key contact for employees by addressing their questions, coordinating internal processes, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration. The ideal candidate thrives in a service-oriented environment, is highly organized, and collaborates well across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and human resources procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve employee concerns promptly.
- Assist in payroll administration by responding to employee questions and keeping payroll records accurate.
- Manage employee data within HR information systems while maintaining confidentiality and precision.
- Support benefits-related tasks and communicate relevant information to employees as necessary.
- Provide administrative aid for daily people operations and project work.
- Organize and maintain employee documentation to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Work closely with various teams to promote a positive employee environment and effective daily workflows.
- Contribute to process enhancements and special initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in human resources, people operations, payroll, benefits administration, or comparable support functions.
- Excellent communication abilities and strong customer service orientation.
- Capable of juggling multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic setting.
- Highly organized and detail-focused with the discretion to manage sensitive information.
- Familiarity with HR information systems is advantageous.
