Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical presentations and product demonstrations alongside Account Managers to customers
- Serve as a knowledgeable technical consultant and advisor to clients
- Assist customers in product or service design tailored to their needs
- Collaborate with Account Managers to recommend optimal technical solutions meeting customer requirements
- Guide clients through onboarding processes for our technical products and services
- Conduct training sessions on Navarino's solutions for both customers and internal teams
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support campaigns and maintain updated technical marketing content
- Represent the company at customer events and provide presentations as needed
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant equivalent experience
- A strong enthusiasm and passion for technology
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to perform well under tight deadlines and manage stress effectively
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English languages
